This site is run by JS Media ("we", "us"). We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you buy the book, payment and delivery are handled by Gumroad. Gumroad collects your name, email address and payment details; we receive your name, email address and order details so we can deliver the book, provide support and process refunds. We never see or store your full card number.

If you join our email list, we collect your email address to send you recipes and updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

This site itself does not use advertising cookies. The Gumroad checkout may use cookies needed to process your order; see Gumroad's privacy policy.

How we use it

To deliver your purchase, answer your questions, process refunds, and (if you opted in) send you emails. We don't sell your information.

Access, correction and complaints

Email hello@shirlscookbook.com to access or correct your information, to be removed from our list, or to make a privacy complaint. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
